1 Credit Hour Class Description:
This class helps Human Resource professionals understand their fiduciary liabilities and responsibilities and gives them the knowledge to help employees better understand the company benefits, budgeting, and basic financial management. It provides the Human Resource professional the tools to educate their employees to take responsibility for their own financial wellness and security, which will increase morale and productivity without increasing company costs.
6 Credit Hour Class Description:
Our flagship course, Financial Wellness, provides 6 hours of classroom and homework study. This is usually presented in three separate 2-1/2 hour lessons. The curriculum begins with spending and saving and goes through advanced estate planning strategies. The course includes:
• Mastering the six keys to financial success
• Calculating your own retirement needs
• Implementing tax-planning techniques
• Protecting yourself from unforeseen liabilities
• Identifying key investment strategies
• Providing for your children and grandchildren
Employees utilize a course book and personal worksheets. The course culminates with a one-on-one personal consultation with a Certified Financial Educator.
